I work collaboratively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is compassionate, insight-oriented, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Therapy can help strengthen emotional resilience, improve coping, foster healthier relationships, and support meaningful and lasting personal growth.
I believe effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion, trust, collaboration, and genuine understanding. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to the unique needs and experiences of each individual. I work to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, and more fulfilling relationships while navigating life’s challenges and transitions.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from Villanova University and my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey with additional post-graduate training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Outside of my work, I enjoy the outdoors, physical fitness, music, and sports.
